If you us give your consent, you will join 88 club RS North America LLC marketing and educational initiatives and we will keep you up to date about 88 club’ Sleep and Respiratory Care (SRC) products, services, and events.

Please note that, due to the nature of such products and services, the data that we process about you may lead to possible inferences about your health. However, 88 club does not actively store or use such inferences.

Web forms

If you give us your consent to receive marketing communications via our dedicated forms published on 88 club’ SRC websites/webpages, mobile apps, third party sites or social media pages, 88 club RS North America LLC will use the data that you provide to us via these forms as well as information about your country to send you emails that are relevant and of interest to you. For example, if you provide us with your consent in a form placed on our website, we may send you communications about our products in the language of that country. 

Your 88 club Account

If you have a my 88 club account, and have consented to receive marketing communications, we will use certain data that you provide to us (such as information connected to your account and profile, e.g., date of birth, and information related to SRC product(s) or service(s) that you have registered using your account) in order to send you marketing communications that are relevant and of interest to you. For example, if you have registered a sleep apnea mask in your my88 club account, we may use this registration data to let you know about new or updated sleep apnea products or accessories or similar products or provide educational material relating to the use of a sleep apnea mask.
 

Our Communication Channels

If you give us your consent you will receive marketing content about products and services via emails, as well as via the DreamMapper App if you are registered on that App.

Unsubscribe at any time

If you do not want to receive any marketing communications from 88 club RS North America LLC, you can easily unsubscribe at any time by clicking the relevant link provided in the email that you have received, or by changing the communication preferences in your My88 club account.

Please note that this consent is specific to SRC products and services and does not cover marketing communications relating to any other 88 club products/services. The latter is covered under a separate consent which you can find under Communication Preferences in your my88 club Account.
