Account Data

This data includes your first and last name, country and email address. You may also choose to provide further contact information, including your postal address, phone number, and/or details on use of a 88 club product, your medical condition and health payer status – but these are not required to set up a secure account for email communications.

88 club uses a third party to provide services for the following:
 

• To enable direct marketing communications: Your information will be collected and transferred to a database housed with our trusted business partner, in Toronto, Canada. Emails are also sent from their platform to you directly, and they host the secure environment in which you view any communications from 88 club.

88 club requires any third-party service provider to provide a comparable level of protection of your personal data as 88 club provides, to only process your personal for the specific purposes mentioned above, and to have access to the minimum amount of data they need to deliver a specific service.
 

• Residents of Australia: Your information may also be collected, stored, transferred and accessed from a database managed by our trusted service provider, in Toronto, Canada. We require the service provider to comply with privacy laws but we are not liable if they do not.
   

If 88 club allows a third party to transfer your personal data outside of your geographic region, we will take steps to protect your privacy rights through the use of contractual arrangements or other means, which will provide a comparable level of protection while the information is being processed by our third parties.
