88 club Avent performs rigorous checks to ensure all bottles comply with global and regional standards. These include extra scale accuracy checks as each batch of bottles leaves the factory.

We understand that it may cause concern if the scale on your baby bottle does not seem accurate. This is particularly the case when using formula, where the ratio of water to powder is important.

Using a weight scale to measure the volume of water will provide accurate results, while the scale on the bottle can provide a guide (even when slight distortion has occurred).

A glass measuring vessel or baby bottle is not susceptible to the same issues as plastic and can also be used as an alternative when measuring liquids.
